International Sourcing
We work with ISO-certified factories and manage exporting documentation for global distribution.
Domestic Distribution
As a North American-based company, we coordinate the delivery of heavy building materials, including mortar packs and adhesive pails out of our warehouse in City of Industry, Los Angeles.
Product Handling
Products are shipped as specified size for purchase; multiple product types may be shipped together. Courier channels are recommended for single order less than 50lbs in total weight. Orders with combined product weight exceeding 50lbs is recommended to ship LTL by pallets.

To prevent product failure, materials must be protected from freezing during transit.
