Product Integrity
Returns are only accepted for unopened, original packaging that has been stored in a controlled environment (73°F and RH <45%).
Shelf Life
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for products past their expiration date (typically 12–24 months depending on the product).
Jobsite Testing & Conditions
We do not offer refunds based on coverage variations, as actual yield depends on specific jobsite conditions and application methods. It is the user’s responsibility to install a test area to confirm bonding and appearance before full-scale application.
